The Learning Lab is led by a dedicated core team responsible for its strategic direction, operational excellence, and long-term impact.
Structured to remain agile yet highly effective, our seven-member leadership team ensures that every aspect of the program is delivered with intention, quality, and integrity.
Aakanksha oversees program coordination with special attention to the intern journey. She organizes cohorts, monitors individual development, and ensures academic schedules, masterclasses, and research activities run with clarity and structure.
Her work fosters a welcoming, safe, and stimulating environment for participants taking their first professional steps.
Aakanksha Rao — Program Manager
Chloé leads operational execution and mentor engagement, ensuring smooth communication between experts, faculty, and participants.
She structures feedback and collaboration processes, maintaining pedagogical alignment, organization, and overall quality in knowledge exchange within the Learning Lab.
Chloé Arfeuillère — Program Manager
Hannah leads the day-to-day operations of the SFM Learning Lab, ensuring the smooth delivery of activities and supporting the program’s overall objectives.
Based in South Africa and recently graduated in Fashion, she is passionate about sustainability, community development, and the principles of slow fashion. Her work combines hands-on experience in garment repair with education for more conscious fashion practices, helping to strengthen the Learning Lab’s impact and reach.
Hannah Robinson — Program Manager
Simone is responsible for the digital infrastructure that powers the Learning Lab.
She manages the platform ecosystem, oversees systems integration, and ensures that all technological tools support seamless collaboration and program delivery.
Simone Sampaio — Platform & Technology Manager
Oliwia is dedicated to helping younger generations build a stronger, more conscious community. She believes young people have the power to create meaningful change through their everyday choices.
By raising awareness, she highlights how small decisions can have a much bigger impact on the planet than we often realize.
Oliwia Wudarowicz — Impact & Development Manager
Sara leads strategic partnerships for the Learning Lab, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across industry, academia, and the global sustainability ecosystem.
She focuses on expanding collaboration opportunities, aligning partnerships with the Lab’s mission, and driving initiatives that enhance its reach, impact, and long-term growth within sustainable fashion education.
Sara Thulesius — Partnership Lead
Puja MJ - Program Director Strategic
Puja provides the overall strategic leadership and vision for the Learning Lab. She ensures alignment between the program’s mission, academic direction, and operational execution.
Her role is central to guiding the Lab’s long-term growth, maintaining academic integrity, and strengthening its position within sustainable fashion education globally.
